Individual Program Organisation

Each program conducted on a university campus or tertiary institution is organised by a Local Director, usually university based, with the assistance of a local organising committee. Members of the local organising committee include university staff, Rotarians, Young Scientists of Australia and teachers.

The local organisers are responsible for the detailed three-day program. The details of the daily program, including starting and finishing times, meeting places, meal arrangements, social activities and any other local arrangements are sent to each participant at least three weeks prior to the commencement of the program.
